SACMHA run a weekly Carribean Lunch Club for £6.00, they provide a variety of hot Caribbean meals that can be eaten in or taken away.
They also provide a small meal delivery service for those housebound or unable to cook for themselves as a result of their mental health or physical illness. Meals can be delivered to members of the BEMA community in residential care.
In order to meet the cultural, religious and health needs of individuals, only fresh produce and Halal meat are used in food preparation.
SACMHA Health and Social Care is a charitable organisation established in 1988 in response to the mental health needs of people of African or Caribbean descent, though the support they now offer is to people from any ethnic background.
Please note: events may not be running on bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please double check with the organiser (before attending) if you are unsure.
