She Shed Sheffield

  • About

She Shed Association is a safe meeting place for women to engage in various activities, meet new friends and share their life challenges.

SHE SHED Association aims to provide a ‘ME’ space for vulnerable women, who may suffer from a low level of depression and anxiety. It provides a safe space for women to be able to discuss their issues with each other and find a level of emotional balance.

Current activities include jewellery making, needlework and arts and craft. Enquires about mindfulness sessions and hypnotherapy are welcome, as individual and group sessions can be arranged on demand.

They meet weekly in Sheffield on Fridays 10am-1pm.

She Shed aim to improve health and wellbeing; enable positive life choices; raise self-esteem and confidence levels; support individuals to move forward with their lives; help individuals to manage stress and negotiate conflict constructively; improve ability to establish and maintain healthy and rewarding relationships.
