Autism and ADHD Sheffield Hub offers free support to autistic people and those with ADHD, aged 16 and over, and their carers and families. It is run by Sheffield Mind and a formal diagnosis is not required to access support.
The Hub provides a space where autistic adults and those with ADHD can meet other individuals who might be experiencing the same things. It offers a safe, welcoming, and accessible environment where you can feel heard and connect with others who may share similar experiences. You can choose how you receive support, whether through group sessions, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, or video calls.

- Information on local services, resources and social activities in Sheffield

Opening Times
The Autism and ADHD Sheffield Hub is open:
- Tuesday 10am-4pm
- Wednesday 3pm-8pm
- Thursday 12pm-7pm
- Friday 9am-1pm
- Saturday 10am-1pm (virtual support only – no face-to-face appointments)
How to Access the Hub
You can book an appointment with a staff member for up to 45 minutes, available by phone, face-to-face, or online. Alternatively, you can drop in and speak to someone directly during Hub hours.
They also run regular group sessions, which you can book in advance. Each group lasts around 2 hours (including breaks), with a maximum of 8 participants, supported by staff and volunteers.
You can self refer, or be referred by a health professional. A referral form is available on their website.
