Sheffield Directory is an online resource of community, faith and health & social care organisations in Sheffield, for adults, children & young people, and families. The directory is run by Sheffield City Council.

In addition to a general search function, Sheffield Directory also has dedicated sections to make it easier to navigate. These include:

  • Adult services
  • Children, Young People and Family services
  • Local Offer – this is a section dedicated to services for young people (0-25) with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).
  • Care Leavers services – support to young people aged 16 to 25 who have left or are leaving the care of Sheffield Children’s Social Care
