Bloom Sheffield is a community flower garden for women in Heeley. They promote positive mental health and wellbeing through therapeutic horticulture. Bloom runs therapeutic gardening groups as a way of helping women meet new people, try new things and feel good – both mentally and physically.  There is tea and biscuits, friendly faces, chat and much to learn about flowers; supported by a facilitator and a specialised volunteer. If you are feeling low, anxious or lonely you can refer yourself to our gardening groups by filling out this form. Alternatively, if you are a healthcare professional and think our groups would suit one of your clients, you can refer them by filling out this form.

They also have volunteering opportunities and an online flower shop.
