Contact Counselling Service

Contact Counselling Service provide counselling on an affordable basis in Sheffield.

All Contact counsellors are fully qualified, insured and supervised and have experience of working with a range of relationship and mental health issues. They are all members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to its code of ethics and practice. They only offer individual counselling, not couples counselling.

They base the fee on your income using a sliding scale of charges from £18-£40. Contact Counselling does not have its own premises, instead counsellors work from their chosen locations and hire rooms accordingly. They also provide online and telephone appointments.

Contact Counselling offer a humanistic counselling approach.

If there is no one available to take your call, leave a message including your name and number, and times when they can call you back.  Please state whether it is safe for them to leave a message either on your voicemail or with a third party, should they have access to your telephone.  They will assume they can’t leave a message unless you state they can.
