Cycling 4 All run friendly and inclusive cycling sessions using adapted trikes designed for disabled people or people with long term mental or physical health conditions.

Their cycling sessions take place in the lovely surroundings of Hillsborough Park. You can explore the park on one of our special trikes, practice your cycling on the flat ballcourts where they run their sessions from.  Or just come along and socialise with all the other people who are there.

They are running pre-booked cycling sessions Monday – Thursday between 10.30am and 2.30pm and on the last Saturday of the month. Cost is £4 per participant (carers ride free).

The sessions are run by a qualified and experienced cycle leader and at least one volunteer, who are able to provide help, advice and assistance throughout the day.

There are various cycles to choose from, each built to cater to specific needs.

Sometimes they need to cancel sessions due to bad weather so please check their website if the weather is looking bad to see that the session is running.
