Eating Disorders Service in Sheffield provide NHS support and treatment to people aged 16+ who have a moderate or severe eating disorder, such as anorexia or bulimia. They also provide support to families and carers.

Referrals into the service are via GP, secondary mental health services, or through South Yorkshire Eating Disorders Association (SYEDA).

Self-referral is also available to 16 and 17 year olds. You will need to fill in this form and send it to them via sheffieldccg.asert@nhs.net

Their website includes more information about what support they can provide, what happens at your first appointment and who in the service you might speak to.
