The Endorphins Group are delivering a free employment service for adults who are unemployed or economically inactive. This includes people who have lost their jobs to redundancies.
They are experienced in supporting jobseekers with complex barriers to employment, particularly those with long-term physical or mental health conditions, and disabilities.
The service includes:
- Ongoing 1:1 support
- Group activities covering stress management, customer service, collaboration, boosting confidence, managing finances, emotional intelligence
- CV fine tuning
- Interview practice

This course is for anyone who is 19+ unemployed, furloughed or working less than 16 hours. You will identify strengths & areas for development before creating your own brand that will elevate your CV and applications. Through an innovative approach, you will enhance your employability skills to enable you to see success in a post-pandemic world.
This course consists of 6 x 2.5-hour sessions over 3 weeks.
