Lane End Farm Trust is based on a working farm situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Peak District National Park in North Derbyshire. They provide an environment where disabled and disadvantaged young people can connect with nature and animals.

Lane End Farm Trust caters for children and young people, aged 11-25, from all walks of life; inner city, deprived, abused, neglected, disabled (both mentally and physically), or with learning difficulties and behavioural problems. Email or phone them to refer a child or young person.

They help them by providing outdoor farm activities and encouraging personal development through individual ‘mentoring’ programs. These have proved to be particularly successful for young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

The farm runs with the support of volunteers who do a wide range of tasks.

Covid update 30/03/23: Most services continue under covid-safe conditions but may be experiencing changes to how or when they deliver their service. Contact Lane End Farm Trust directly for the latest information.
