Phoenix Futures is a national charity that provides services for people with drug and alcohol problems. They offer services within community, prison and residential settings throughout the UK. They also provide various volunteering opportunities.

Sheffield Residential Service
Sheffield Residential Service is a rehabilitation service for men and women aged 18 and over with issues around drugs and alcohol. It includes an integrated detox service. The programme works on an abstinence based model. People who complete the programme at the Sheffield Residential Service can also access their move-on Sheffield Supported Housing service.
They accept referrals from local authorities and self-funded referrals. Please phone the service to speak to the admissions team for more information.
National Specialist Family Residential Service
The National Specialist Family Residential Service provides an intensive rehabilitation programme for anyone over 18 who wish to address their issues with drugs and alcohol whilst remaining the primary carer for their child. Their treatment interventions are designed to enable families to become drug free and remain together. Children live on site with their parents; children up to the age of 10 can be supported by the on-site nursery

Most clients are referred by a drug or alcohol worker and payment is arranged with the local authority, or clients can choose to pay for treatment themselves.
