Smokefree Sheffield provides a free citywide support service to help Sheffield smokers quit smoking. They provide advice, motivational and behavioural support. They can also provide information about and access to licensed stop smoking medications such as nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, varenicline (Champix).  Smokefree Sheffield were previously known as Sheffield Stop Smoking Service.

They offer the following support:

  • Face-to-face support at various locations around the city (due to Covid-19 sessions are currently run remotely).
  • Telephone support – 0800 612 0011 (from a landline) 0330 660 1166 (from a mobile). Lines are open 8:30am – 8pm Mon, Tues & Thurs, and 8:30am – 4:30pm Weds, Fri & Sat.
