Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.

Sheffield Adult Support Group – Online

Groups, run by trained volunteers, are an opportunity for adult siblings to meet and support each other. Groups are run by trained volunteer facilitators, who are siblings themselves. The facilitators are members of the group too, and they will give and receive peer support like anyone else. To join, please click here to read the group agreement and sign up sheet.

Ask a sibling advisor – Under 18’s

Sibs offers a contact us messaging service that allows young siblings to ask for advice.

Parent/Carer Resources
