STEEL Volunteers can help with issues including:

- Depression
- Loneliness
- Panic attacks
- Relationship changes and challenges
- Self-harm
- Stress
- Suicidal thoughts
STEEL will always try to respond to texters as quickly as possible, however response times may be longer at times of high demand.
