The Bipolar UK Support Group is a free monthly meeting for people living with or affected by bipolar disorder. This includes family, friends and carers.

The support group meets every first Thursday of the month at Sheffield Scout HQ, 60-68 Trippet Lane, Sheffield, S1 4EL, (though you can also attend online on Zoom). The group provides an opportunity to gain confidence; get to know yourself better, make new friends, learn to manage mood swings, and get practical advice.

To register your interest, please email supportgroups@bipolaruk.org with “Sheffield 1st Thursday support group” as the subject line.

They also run a monthly meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month.

Please note that the group does not meet in August.
