The Bipolar UK Support Group is a free monthly meeting for people living with or affected by bipolar disorder including family, friends and carers.
The support group meets every third Thursday of the month (except August) at the Quaker Meeting House between 7.15pm-9pm. The group provides an opportunity to gain confidence; get to know yourself better, make new friends, learn to manage mood swings, and get practical advice.
You do not need to be referred to the group, you can just turn up. For more information about what happens at a Bipolar UK, click here.
