The Teenage Youth Club is run by Autistic Children and Carers Together (ACCT). It usually takes place weekly on Wednesdays from 7-9pm, in the Pavilion and Garden Rooms at St Mary’s Church Community Centre on Bramall Lane.
The club is for teenagers with autism. Activities include arts and crafts and a computer suite. The aim is for the teenagers to have fun, chill out and make new friends.
ACCT are currently unable to offer a parent carer room due to Covid-19 restrictions.
To attend the Teenage Youth Club, you have to be referred to ACCT by Sheffield City Council. To be referred, you should request an application form by contacting the SNIPS Team at Sheffield City Council on 0114 2735368 or email SNIPSBusinessSupport@sheffield.gov.uk. Once the referral form has been received a member of the SNIPS team will contact you.
Sessions run every Wednesday of the year apart from two weeks over Christmas.
