New members are welcome; family members and carers can also attend. The groups are free (a small donation is welcome to help cover running costs of renting a room). You can download a referral form on their website and email it to

Trained volunteer facilitators run the groups.  They usually meet weekly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 8.30pm) and Thursday mornings (10am – 12noon) at the Quaker Meeting House in Sheffield city centre. Please visit the website to check dates of groups and events.
