No Panic Sheffield offers a number of self-help support groups that meet regularly in Sheffield. The groups meet either face-to-face or online.
Their aim is to support individuals with anxiety related conditions, including:
- General anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Panic attacks
- OCD
- Phobias
- Agoraphobia
- PTSD
There are usually 5-12 people in attendance. The groups are based on CBT techniques and peer support to help people find ways of managing their anxiety. Those experiencing depression and low mood are also welcome to come. You can email nopanicsheffield@gmail.com for more information about the groups.

Trained volunteer facilitators run the groups. They usually meet:
- Weekly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 8.30pm) at Sheffield Flourish (Windrush Way, S3 8JU) Face-to-face and also online.
- Weekly on Thursday mornings (10am – 12noon) at SODIT (SYAC building, Unit 4, The Wicker, S3 8JD) Face-to-face only
