No Panic Sheffield offers a number of self-help support groups that meet regularly in Sheffield.  The groups meet either face-to-face or online.

Their aim is to support individuals with anxiety related conditions, including:

  • General anxiety
  • Social anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • OCD

There are usually 5-12 people in attendance.  The groups are based on CBT techniques and peer support to help people find ways of managing their anxiety. Those experiencing depression and low mood are also welcome to come. You can email for more information about the groups.
